Our Background
The Mortgage Centre (Kamloops) — owned and operated by Dico Holdings Inc. — is one of nearly 100 The Mortgage Centre Franchise offices across Canada. Each franchise is independently owned and operated. In February of 1991, we first opened our doors in Kamloops to provide what was then, a unique mortgage service to borrowers in British Columbia.
Our objective was, and is, simple — we are committed to providing you with the best available mortgage for your specific needs, at the best available rate — and we are confident we can outperform your present bank or lending institution.
We currently have several licensed Mortgage Counsellors and assistants to serve you. All are available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Two of our Mortgage Professionals have made themselves available any time of the day, seven days a week. These experts are a critical part of The Mortgage Centre's success story. Our counsellors have an average of over 25 years of previous experience in financial services and mortgage brokering.
