Thank-you, Teague, for all of your help in getting us a mortgage approved for the type of home that we wanted. I’m not sure that we would have received the same service from another broker — especially in terms of your suggestions towards rearranging my finances that allowed us to obtain the right mortgage for us. C. Y. was a little excited yesterday as she drove by our house to be — as she likes to do at least one a week — and noticed a SOLD sign on it. I mailed yesterday the payment to [appraiser] for the appraisal. Last step is to meet with [lawyer] on the 21st of October to complete the sale. Thanks again, talk to you in 5 years — or less if something comes up.

Larry Brinkworth did a wonderful job — we appreciated his patience with us as we were first time homebuyers and had a lot of questions!
Larry and Marika went well and above the call of duty for me. Larry provided me with a lot of financial planning ideas as well. When I was having problems with ..., Larry provided me with help.
This is our second mortgage with The Mortgage Centre. We were referred to Hal Peterson of Kamloops ... for our first mortgage. We were so impressed with his service, that we recommended him to our father in law, who has since wrote 2 mortgages with him. We also wrote another mortgage with Hal and referred some friends of ours in our new town who I believe also wrote a mortgage with him. Hal is a wonderful man to do business with. He was there whenever we needed him and we are so pleased to have worked with him. We will be sure to use him again for our next mortgage and will refer him to our friends and family as well.

Hal, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you. Your prompt and courteous service was amazing. We have gone through this whole re financing thing with [bank] and it took almost 4 months. With you, start to finish was a little over 1 month. And for 1 week of that we were on Vacation. We received the money yesterday — direct deposit into our bank account. Very many thanks for taking the trouble to look at my mortgage position, and saying, “In my opinion, the change-over (Ed: Early Renewal & Switch) is just not worth the expense at this time, BUT that [I] might like to approach [my Bank] and ask them what sort of deal they would offer ...to extend [my] mortgage term” — all of this is very helpful advice, as, without it, I could not “see the wood for the trees”.
